🌿THCS CẦU GIẤY A - ĐIỂM SÁNG KHỞI ĐẦU MÔ HÌNH "TRƯỜNG HỌC VĂN MINH - CỘNG ĐỒNG GẮN KẾT" TRÊN ĐỊA BÀN PHƯỜNG CẦU GIẤY

Hướng tới xây dựng môi trường học đường an toàn, văn minh và gắn kết với cộng đồng, UBND phường Cầu Giấy đã phát động triển khai mô hình “Trường học văn minh – Cộng đồng gắn kết” trên địa bàn phường, nhằm huy động sự chung tay của chính quyền, lực lượng Công an, nhà trường, gia đình và toàn xã hội trong công tác bảo đảm an ninh, trật tự, an toàn giao thông và xây dựng văn hóa học đường.

Trong chương trình triển khai mô hình, Trường THCS Cầu Giấy A được lựa chọn là đơn vị xây dựng điểm mô hình “Trường học văn minh – Cộng đồng gắn kết” trên địa bàn phường Cầu Giấy.

Đây không chỉ là sự ghi nhận vai trò của nhà trường trong việc xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, kỷ cương, văn minh, mà còn là bước khởi đầu để mô hình được triển khai thực chất, hiệu quả, tạo sức lan tỏa tới các cơ sở giáo dục và cộng đồng trên địa bàn phường.

CHUNG MỘT MỤC TIÊU – CÙNG MỘT HÀNH ĐỘNG

Ngày 21/9/2026, Trường THCS Cầu Giấy A phối hợp cùng Công an phường Cầu Giấy tổ chức Lễ ra mắt mô hình “Trường học văn minh – Cộng đồng gắn kết”, hướng tới xây dựng khu vực cổng trường an toàn, kỷ cương, văn minh, nâng cao ý thức chấp hành pháp luật, bảo đảm an ninh trật tự, an toàn giao thông và phòng ngừa những nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến học sinh.

TỪ CHƯƠNG TRÌNH PHÁT ĐỘNG ĐẾN MÔ HÌNH ĐIỂM TẠI THCS CẦU GIẤY A

Thực hiện Kế hoạch số 04/KH-BCĐ ngày 22/04/2026 của Ban Chỉ đạo Phong trào Thành phố Hà Nội, chương trình được triển khai với phương châm:

“Nhà trường chủ động – Học sinh tích cực – Công an và chính quyền đồng hành – Gia đình và xã hội tham gia”.

Việc lựa chọn Trường THCS Cầu Giấy A làm đơn vị xây dựng điểm mô hình là bước cụ thể hóa chủ trương phát động của phường, đồng thời tạo một mô hình thực tiễn để tăng cường sự phối hợp giữa các lực lượng trong và ngoài nhà trường.

Tại chương trình, thầy giáo Nguyễn Văn Hiệp – Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã phát biểu phát động phong trào và thông qua Quyết định triển khai mô hình, nhấn mạnh các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm: nâng cao ý thức chấp hành pháp luật; bảo đảm an toàn giao thông khu vực cổng trường; phòng ngừa bạo lực học đường; chủ động nhận diện, phòng ngừa các nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến học sinh; đồng thời xây dựng nếp sống văn minh, trách nhiệm trong cộng đồng học đường.

CAU GIAY A SECONDARY SCHOOL – A PILOT SCHOOL FOR THE “CIVILIZED SCHOOL – CONNECTED COMMUNITY” INITIATIVE IN CAU GIAY WARD

With the goal of creating a safe and respectful school environment that is closely connected with the community, the People’s Committee of Cau Giay Ward has launched the “Civilized School – Connected Community” initiative across the ward. The initiative aims to bring together local authorities, the police, schools, families, and the wider community to maintain public security and order, promote traffic safety, and foster a positive school culture.

As part of the initiative, Cau Giay A Secondary School has been selected as the pilot school for the “Civilized School – Connected Community” model in Cau Giay Ward.

This recognition not only highlights the school’s role in creating a safe, disciplined, and respectful educational environment, but also marks an important first step toward putting the model into practice effectively and encouraging its wider adoption among educational institutions and communities throughout the ward.

ONE SHARED GOAL – ONE UNITED EFFORT

On September 21, 2026, Cau Giay A Secondary School, in coordination with Cau Giay Ward Police, held a launch ceremony for the “Civilized School – Connected Community” model. The initiative aims to create a safe, orderly, and respectful environment around the school gate, raise awareness of and compliance with the law, ensure public security and traffic safety, and prevent risks that may affect students.

FROM THE LAUNCH CAMPAIGN TO A PILOT MODEL AT CAU GIAY A SECONDARY SCHOOL

In accordance with Plan No. 04/KH-BCD dated April 22, 2026, issued by the Steering Committee of the Hanoi City Movement, the initiative is being implemented under the guiding principle:

“Schools take the initiative – Students participate actively – Police and local authorities work alongside – Families and the community join hands.”

Selecting Cau Giay A Secondary School as the pilot school is a concrete step toward putting the ward’s initiative into action while creating a practical model for strengthening coordination among stakeholders both within and beyond the school.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep – Vice Principal of the school officially launched the initiative and announced the decision to implement the model. He highlighted its key priorities: raising awareness of and compliance with the law; ensuring traffic safety around the school gate; preventing school violence; proactively identifying and preventing risks to students; and promoting responsible and respectful behavior throughout the school community.

LAUNCHING THE MODEL – SHARING RESPONSIBILITY

Marking an important milestone as the “Civilized School – Connected Community” pilot model at Cau Giay A Secondary School officially moved into implementation, representatives of the local authorities, ward police, School Board, and Parent Representative Committee, together with Trinh Chuc An, a student from Class 6A3 representing the school’s student body, took the stage to perform the official launch ceremony.

As the digital screen lit up, accompanied by lively music and enthusiastic applause from the audience, a new chapter officially began for the “Civilized School – Connected Community” model at Cau Giay A Secondary School.

The participation and cooperation of four key partners – School – Family – Police – Local Authorities – demonstrate a shared commitment to creating a safe, disciplined, and welcoming school environment where every student is protected, every family is supported, and every member of the community plays a part.
